CertKata is operated by Dragan Mandic, an individual based in the Republic of Serbia.
CertKata sells one-time, lifetime access to individual certification exam question banks. Because this is instant-access digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Exception: if you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge, or a technical failure that prevented you from ever accessing the content you paid for), contact us at support@certkata.com and we'll make it right.
A note on how disputes actually work: payments for CertKata are processed by Paddle.com as our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle may, at its own discretion and independent of this policy, issue a refund in response to a payment dispute or chargeback in accordance with its own buyer protection processes. This policy states our general stance; it does not override Paddle's own dispute-handling procedures.
