Terms of Service

CertKata is operated by Dragan Mandic, an individual based in the Republic of Serbia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CertKata ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What CertKata Is

CertKata is a certification exam-preparation platform. It offers practice question banks and exam simulation for KCNA (Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate), CLF-C02 (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner), and AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals), with additional certifications planned over time.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide an accurate email address and are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • One account per person. Sharing account credentials for commercial resale or unauthorized access is not permitted.
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, bulk-download, redistribute, or resell question content or explanations.
  • Use automated tools to extract content from the Service.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

Question content, explanations, and platform design are owned by CertKata unless otherwise noted. CertKata is an independent exam-prep platform. AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Kubernetes/CNCF marks belong to their respective owners; CertKata is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

6. No Guarantee of Exam Results

CertKata is a study aid. Completing practice content, including "Final" simulation mode, does not guarantee you will pass any official certification exam. Official exam content, format, and passing requirements are set by the relevant certifying body and may differ from what's reflected here.

7. Payments

CertKata offers one-time purchases granting lifetime access to a specific certification's content, as described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller and merchant of record — Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and payment support. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or completeness of content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertKata is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including exam outcomes.

10. Termination

CertKata may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the Service develops. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
